Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate utilization of external battery charging.SOLUTION: A utilization indicator IDX showing an extent of in utilization of external battery charging is calculated and transmitted to a vehicular external system (S140). The vehicular external system provides a service or imposes a penalty based on the utilization indicator IDX (S160 to S190). Herein, in a case where it is determined that the utilization extent of the external battery charging based on the utilization indicator IDX is low, the vehicular external system provide a poor service or imposes a severe penalty when compared to a case of high, a driver or an owner of the vehicle likely determines that the utilization indicator implies that the external battery charging is frequently utilized.
