Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet body allowing multiple peeling areas to be smoothly peeled from a lower sheet regardless of an area of a peeling start end, as well as capable of preventing the peeling areas unintentionally dropping from the lower sheet when a cutting position is somewhat deviated when the peeling areas are defined by cutting an upper sheet and the lower sheet in a state that the upper sheet and the lower sheet are adhered to each other.SOLUTION: A sheet body comprises: an adhesive part 21 which has a weaker adhesive force than adhesive parts 22-24 arranged surrounding an adhesive part 27, and which is arranged outside the adhesive parts 22-24, between an upper sheet and a lower sheet, and the adhesive part 21 is arranged along an outer periphery of a delivery card.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】剥離開始端の領域を問わずに剥離領域を下シートからスムーズに剥離していくことができるとともに、上シートと下シートとが接着された状態から、上シートと下シートとが断裁されることで剥離領域が区画形成される場合に、断裁位置が多少ずれた場合でも、剥離領域が下シートから不用意に剥離してしまうことを回避する。【解決手段】上シートと下シートとの間に、接着部２７を取り囲んで設けられた接着部の２２〜２４外側に、接着部２２〜２４よりも接着力が弱い接着部２１が設けられ、接着部２１が、配達票の外周に沿って設けられている。【選択図】図３
