Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber array capable of increasing optical coupling efficiency without precisely performing dimension doubling of a length direction of optical fiber.SOLUTION: An optical fiber array 1 includes: a V-groove substrate 2 on which a V-groove 3 is formed; an optical fiber core wire 61 that is attached and fixed in the V-groove 3; and a presser-foot substrate 4 that interleaves the optical fiber core wire 61 and is attached and fixed on a surface of the V-groove substrate 2.
