Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To go to rescue a maintenance person by immediately detecting an abnormal state in the case that something abnormal happens to the maintenance person.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a maintenance management system includes a terminal device 24 carried by a maintenance person, and a monitoring center 22 connected to the terminal device 24 through a communication network 21. The terminal device 24 includes an abnormality detection part 33a for detecting abnormality of the maintenance person, and a first alarm part 33b for alarming a first abnormality signal to the monitoring center 22 when the abnormality detection part 33a detects abnormality of the maintenance person.
