PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for more accurately authenticating a card user.SOLUTION: An authentication device comprises: a storage part; a number specification part; a voice information acquisition part; a voice comparison part; a password issue part; and an authentication part. The storage part stores customer information in which card information of a credit card is associated with a customer and voice information of the customer. The number specification part specifies a telephone number of a call destination when receiving a settlement request including the card information and store information from a terminal for settlement. The voice information acquisition part acquires voice information of a telephone conversation partner from a connection line with the telephone number. The voice comparison part specifies the voice information of the customer by using the card information included in the settlement request, and determines whether or not the voice information of the customer corresponds to the voice information of the telephone conversation partner. The password issue part issues a password to the customer. The authentication part authenticates the customer when it is determined that the voice information corresponds to each other by the voice comparison part, and a password input to the terminal for settlement and the portable terminal of the customer corresponds to the password issued by the password issue part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】より確実にカード利用者の認証を行う技術の提供。【解決手段】認証装置は、記憶部、番号特定部、音声情報取得部、音声比較部、パスワード発行部及び認証部を備える。記憶部は、クレジットカードのカード情報と顧客を関連付けた顧客情報と、顧客の音声情報を記憶する。番号特定部は、決済用端末からカード情報と店舗情報を含む決済要求を受け付けると、発信先の電話番号を特定する。音声情報取得部は、電話番号との間の接続回線から通話相手の音声情報を取得する。音声比較部は、決済要求に含まれるカード情報を用いて顧客の音声情報を特定し、通話相手の音声情報と対応するか否かを判定する。パスワード発行部は、顧客にパスワードを発行する。認証部は、音声比較部により音声情報が対応すると判定され、かつ決済用端末又は顧客の携帯端末に対して入力されたパスワードがパスワード発行部により発行されたパスワードと対応する場合に、顧客を認証する。【選択図】図２
