PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut method of a side rail which prevents a hang of a side rail at a tip at a jig of a delivery destination at the cut of the side rail.SOLUTION: A side rail at a tip which is expanded in a diameter by being extruded to the outside of a magazine is obliquely held at a succeeding side rail by utilizing the viscosity of an oil film, the side rail at the tip held in an oblique posture is extruded from a cut part along the succeeding side rail, thus, a posture of the side rail extruded from the cut part can be stabilized, and the side rail at the tip can be prevented from being hung to a jig of a delivery destination at the cut of the side rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】サイドレール切り出し時に先端のサイドレールが受け渡し先の治具に引っ掛かることを防止したサイドレール切り出し方法を提供する。【解決手段】マガジン外へ押し出して拡径させたした先端のサイドレールを、油膜の粘りを利用して後続のサイドレールに対して斜めに保持し、当該斜めの姿勢で保持された先端のサイドレールを、切り出し部により後続のサイドレールに沿って押し出すので、当該切り出し部により押し出される先端のサイドレールの姿勢を安定させることが可能であり、延いてはサイドレールの切り出し時に、先端のサイドレールが受け渡し先の治具に引っ掛かることを防止することができる。【選択図】図４
