Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a channel forming part of a pressure buffer device.SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure buffer device comprises: a first cylinder for accommodating oil: a piston body 30 in which a pressure-side oil passage 311 where oil flows accompanied with relative movement of a piston rod of the first cylinder in an axial direction with respect to the cylinder: and a pressure-side attenuation valve for opening and closing a pressure-side oil passage 311 of the piston body 30.
