Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which, even at low vehicle speed, can secure an oil quantity by an electric oil pump, while making noise generated from the electric oil pump inconspicuous.SOLUTION: The rotation speed of an electric oil pump when an accelerator opening is within a predetermined range is controlled to a rotation speed which is lower than the rotation speed of the electric oil pump when an accelerator opening is out of the predetermined range.
