PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding and a material thereof having further improved air permeability while using a heat insulation material having high heat insulation performance such as feather and capable of being used in summer, and to provide clothing such as a down jacket and leg warmer and a material thereof generating no stuffiness thanks to the improved air permeability while using the heat insulation material having high heat insulation performance such as feather, enabling a user to adjust body temperature easily, and having excellent fitting feel.SOLUTION: In a structure 1 including a bag body for filling a heat insulation material therein, a plurality of columnar bag bodies 3 are arranged side by side on a fabric 2 and a heat insulation material is sealed in the columnar bag body 3.
