Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid compression device that can suppress noise caused by a rapid change of rotational frequency of a motor while supplying fluid having stable pressure.SOLUTION: A fluid compression device includes: a compressor body for compressing fluid; a motor for driving the compressor body; an inverter for controlling the rotational frequency of the motor; a control circuit for controlling the motor and the inverter; and a tank for storing the fluid compressed by the compressor body. When the compressor body is stopped, the pressure of the fluid in the tank is reduced and lowering prediction time until lowering to predetermined return pressure is less than a predetermined threshold value, the control circuit starts the compressor body at target rotational frequency and then increases the rotational frequency to required rotational frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 本発明は、安定した圧力の流体を供給しつつもモータの急激な回転周波数変化に伴う騒音を抑制することが可能な流体圧縮装置の提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 上記課題を解決するために、本発明は、流体を圧縮する圧縮機本体と、前記圧縮機本体を駆動するモータと、前記モータの回転周波数を制御するインバータと、前記モータと前記インバータとを制御する制御回路と、前記圧縮機本体で圧縮した流体を貯留するタンクを備え、前記制御回路は、前記圧縮機本体が停止中で、前記タンク内の流体の圧力が減少しており、予め決められた復帰圧力まで下降するまでの下降予測時間が予め決められた閾値よりも小さい場合、前記圧縮機本体を目標回転周波数で起動した後、必要回転周波数まで回転周波数を増加させることを特徴とする流体圧縮装置を提供する。【選択図】 図2
