PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technical means for manufacturing a combination tablet (specifically a combination orally disintegrable tablet) of irbesartan/amlodipine besilate which has high chemical stability improving effect of raw drug and desirably high inhibitory effect of tablet coloring in the case of storing under severe conditions under high-intensity light irradiation.SOLUTION: There is provided an uncoated tablet which contains irbesartan and amlodipine besilate, and contains coloring agent selected from the group of pigment produced by laking azo dye, azo pigment, and inorganic pigment. It is preferable that the coloring agent be selected from the group of yellow No.4 aluminum lake, yellow No.5 aluminum lake, and diiron trioxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高強度光照射下の過酷な条件下で保存した場合における、原薬の化学的安定性の高い改善効果と望ましくは錠剤着色の高い抑制効果をもつイルベサルタン／アムロジピンベシル酸塩の配合錠（特に配合口腔内崩壊錠）を製造するための技術的手段を提供すること。【解決手段】イルベサルタン及びアムロジピンベシル酸塩を含み、アゾ系染料をレーキ化した顔料、アゾ顔料、無機顔料の群から選択される着色剤を含む、素錠を提供する。前記の着色剤は黄色４号アルミニウムレーキ、黄色５号アルミニウムレーキ、三二酸化鉄の群から選択されることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
