Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor that can accurately measure numerical values of a linear transmission device itself, in which a measuring device for measuring physical properties can measure solely by itself multiple physical properties and that is subject to no limitation regarding layout.SOLUTION: A sensor mounted on a linear transmission device comprises a pedestal having a device space, an electrical connection port that is disposed on the pedestal and of which one end extends into the device space of the pedestal and the other end is exposed out of the pedestal, at least two types of physical quantity sensors disposed on the pedestal and electrically connected to the electrical connection port, and a matching circuit board. Each physical quantity sensor comprises a sensing unit electrically connected to the matching circuit board to match signals and a feel port that can eliminate environmental interference and is disposed at one end of the pedestal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】直線伝動装置自体の数値を精確に測定可能であり、物理性質を測定する測定装置は、一つだけで複数の種類の物理性質を測定可能であり、レイアウトに制限がないセンサーを提供する。【解決手段】直線伝動装置に組み付けられているセンサーにおいて、装置空間を有する台座と、台座に設けられており、一端が台座の装置空間に延び込み、他端が台座に露出する電気接続ポートと、台座に設けられており、電気接続ポートと電気的に接続し、少なくとも二種類の物理量センサーと、整合回路基板と、を含み、各物理量センサーは整合回路基板と電気的に接続し信号を整合するセンシングユニットと、環境的な干渉を無くすことが可能であり、台座の一端に設けられている感触ポートと、を含む。【選択図】図1
