Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for producing an aromatic compound, with which the aromatic compound is stably produced from a hydrocarbon raw material for a long time, and to provide a method for producing the aromatic compound by using the catalyst.SOLUTION: A catalyst for producing an aromatic compound including an MFI type zeolite: (i) having a peak in a mesopore distribution curve thereof, in which the half band width (hw) of the peak satisfies hw≤20 nm, a maximum value (μ) of the peak satisfies 10 nm≤μ≤20 nm, and a mesopore volume (pv) of a mesopore corresponding to the peak satisfies 0.05 ml/g≤pv, (ii) having no peak in the range of 0.1 to 3° in powder X-ray diffraction, (iii) having an average particle diameter (PD) satisfying PD≤100 nm, (iv) having a maximum value of a distribution curve of (differential pore volume value (dV/d(d)))-micropore in a pore size range of 0.3 nm to 0.8 nm; and existing in a pore size range of 0.4 to 0.5 nm where the differential pore volume value (dV/d(d)) shows the highest value, and a method for producing the aromatic compound using the catalyst are disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】炭化水素原料から芳香族化合物を長時間に亘って安定的に製造が可能な芳香族化合物製造触媒及びそれを用いた芳香族化合物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】(i)メソ細孔分布曲線がピークを有し、該ピークの半値幅(hw)がhw≦20nm、該ピークの極大値(μ)が10nm≦μ≦20nmであり、該ピークに相当するメソ細孔のメソ細孔容積(pv)が0.05ml/g≦pvであり、(ii)粉末X線回折において0.1〜3度の範囲にピークを有さず、(iii)平均粒子径(PD)がPD≦100nmであり、(iv)細孔径0.3nmから0.8nmの範囲の微分細孔容積値(dVP/d(dP))−ミクロ細孔の分布曲線が、極大値を有し、最も微分細孔容積値(dVP/d(dP))の大きい値を示す細孔径0.4〜0.5nmの範囲にある、MFI型ゼオライトを含んでなる芳香族化合物製造触媒及びそれを用いた芳香族化合物の製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
