Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle puncture unit and a liquid injection device capable of easily performing puncture to a desired position and capable of performing stable administration of liquid to an intradermal tissue.SOLUTION: A needle puncture unit 100 includes a needle part (an injection needle 150) inserted into a viscoelastic body (a skin 60 of a living body), a first member 110 for holding the injection needle 150, a second member 120 for storing the first member 110 slidably, and a first regulation part and a second regulation part for regulating the sliding of the first member 110.
