Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular motor torque estimation apparatus capable of estimating motor torque highly accurately from the power consumption of the motor using an accurate motor rotation speed unaffected by a rapid change in motor torque or variation therein at around no load, in the apparatus configured to control the motor with three-phase AC power from an inverter.SOLUTION: An estimation apparatus performs: calculating power consumption of a front motor 4 driven with three-phase AC power from a front inverter 10 on the basis of output power of a traveling battery 11 and power consumption of auxiliary machine group 33; calculating estimation torque of the front motor 4 by torque-converting the power consumption of the front motor 4 with a motor rotation speed; and selecting a sensor detection value as a motor rotation speed at a normal time, or selecting, instead of the detection value, an estimation value produced by inversely calculating from a vehicular speed during a period in which the detection value contains an error caused by a rapid change in motor torque and variation therein at around no load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】インバータからの三相交流電力によりモータを駆動する構成を採用した上で、モータトルクの急変や無負荷付近での変動等に影響されない正確なモータ回転速度を用いて、モータ消費電力から高い精度でモータトルクを推定できる車両のモータトルク推定装置を提供する。【解決手段】フロントインバータ10からの三相交流電力により駆動されるフロントモータ4の消費電力を、走行用バッテリ11の出力電力及び補機類33の消費電力から算出し、このフロントモータ4の消費電力をモータ回転速度によりトルク換算してフロントモータ4の推定トルクを算出する。通常時にはモータ回転速度としてセンサ検出値を選択し、モータトルクの急変及びモータトルクの無負荷付近での変動に起因して検出値に誤差が含まれる期間中には、検出値に代えて車速から逆算した推定値を選択する。【選択図】図1
