Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the position of a mobile entity quickly.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by an inspection device that detects the position of a mobile entity, the inspection device acquiring first data generated on the basis of an image captured by a first imaging device and position data that indicates the three-dimensional coordinate value of feature point of the mage, acquiring second data generated on the basis of an image captured by a second imaging device that the mobile entity has, and correlating the feature points of each of the first data and the second data and calculating the position and direction of the second imaging device on the basis of the position data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
