Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a configuration of a fixture provided on an aperture of a building, the configuration being capable of effectively preventing a mirror surface part from being broken by a shock caused by opening/closing operation of a door body; and a method for constructing the fixture.SOLUTION: A fixture 1 of a first embodiment comprises: a frame body 10; a sash 20 that is provided inside the frame body 10 and on one side in the width direction; and a mirror surface panel 70 that is provided inside the frame body 10 and on the other side in the width direction. A mirror surface part 71 is provided on one side surface in the depth direction of the mirror surface panel 70. The sash 20 is a sliding door that moves in the width direction inside the frame body 10. The mirror surface panel 70 forms a door pocket 19 for the sash 20. The mirror surface part 71 is arranged on the side, on which the door pocket 19 is formed, of the mirror surface panel 70.
