Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, after a captured video image is prevented from being outputted in video switching, even when output of the captured video image is tried in the case where a video synchronizing signal is stabilized, the video image may be distorted and a distorted video image may be presented to a user.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle display control device comprises: a video synchronizing signal detection part for detecting a video synchronizing signal that an imaging part outputs; a video dividing part by which, when a video synchronizing signal detected by the video synchronizing signal detection part is detected, the video synchronizing signal is divided into blocks of a unit that is smaller than a frame of a video image captured by the imaging part; a video discrimination part for calculating an inter-frame differential for the unit of a block regarding the frame divided by the video dividing part, and discriminating whether the inter-frame differential is equal to or less than a predetermined value; and a video output control part by which, in the case where the video discrimination part discriminates that the inter-frame differential is equal to or less than the predetermined value, the video image is controlled to be displayed on a display part and in the case where it is discriminated that the inter-frame differential is greater than the predetermined value, the video image is controlled not to be displayed on the display part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】 映像切換時に撮影映像を出力しないようにした後、映像同期信号が安定した場合に撮影映像を出力するようにしても映像が乱れている場合があり、乱れた映像をユーザに見せてしまう問題が生じる。【解決手段】 本発明の車載表示制御装置は、撮像部が出力した映像同期信号を検出する映像同期信号検出部と、映像同期信号検出部が検出した映像同期信号を検知したとき、撮像部が撮影した映像のフレームより小さい単位のブロックに分割する映像分割部と、映像分割部が分割したフレームをブロック単位でフレーム間差分を算出し、フレーム間差分が所定値以下か否かを判断する映像判断部と、映像判断部がフレーム間差分を所定値以下と判断した場合、映像を表示部へ表示し、フレーム間差分を所定値より大きいと判断した場合、映像を表示部へ表示しないように制御する映像出力制御部と、を備える。【選択図】 図3
