PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control panel that eliminates the need of an additional space for providing an operation switch and has simplified its operation.SOLUTION: A light control panel 10 with a contact detection function comprises: a first substrate 20; a second substrate 40 arranged opposite to the first substrate 20; and a liquid crystal layer 15 arranged between the first substrate 20 and second substrate 40. Transparent electrodes 26 and 46 for driving the liquid crystal layer 15, metal auxiliary electrodes 22 and 42 connected around the transparent electrodes 26 and 46, and detection electrodes 30 and 50 formed of the same material as that of the metal auxiliary electrodes 22 and 42 are provided at least on one of the surfaces of the first substrate 20 and second substrate 40 facing the liquid crystal layer 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】操作スイッチを設けるための追加の空間を必要とせず、操作が容易化された調光パネルを提供する。【解決手段】接触検出機能付き調光パネル１０は、第１基材２０と、第１基材２０と対向して配置された第２基材４０と、第１基材２０及び第２基材４０の間に配置された液晶層１５と、を備え、第１基材２０及び第２基材４０の少なくとも一方の液晶層１５と対向する面側に、液晶層１５の駆動用の透明電極２６，４６、並びに、透明電極２６，４６の周囲に接続される金属補助電極２２，４２及び金属補助電極２２，４２と同一材料で形成された検出電極３０，５０、が設けられている。【選択図】図３
