PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcareous water extraction valve which can suppress deformation of a cone and can produce calcareous water having a high concentration.SOLUTION: A calcareous water extraction valve 100 comprises: a nozzle 22 having a carbonated drink delivery part 25; a calcareous water supply pipe 3 which supplies calcareous water to the carbonated drink delivery part 25; a valve body 1 which controls supply of calcareous water by the calcareous water supply pipe 3; and a cone 40 to be attached to the valve body 1. The cone 40 has an inner cone 10 on an outer peripheral surface 10b of which a network structure 10d is formed, and an outer cone 20 which is so provided as to be opposite to the outer peripheral surface 10b of the inner cone 10. A clearance 15, which constitutes a part of a calcareous water supply passage, is provided between the outer peripheral surface 10b of the inner cone 10 and an inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer cone 20, and at least one of the inner cone 10 and the outer cone 20 is formed from a stainless steel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】コーンの変形を抑制し、高濃度な炭酸水を作成することができる炭酸水注出バルブを提供する。【解決手段】炭酸水注出バルブ１００は、炭酸飲料吐出口２５を有するノズル２２と、炭酸飲料吐出口２５に炭酸水を供給する炭酸水供給管３と、炭酸水供給管３による炭酸水の供給を制御するバルブ本体１と、バルブ本体１に取り付けられるコーン４０とを備え、コーン４０は、外周面１０ｂに網目構造１０ｄが形成される内コーン１０と、内コーン１０の外周面１０ｂに対向して設けられる外コーン２０とを有し、内コーン１０の外周面１０ｂと外コーン２０の内周面２０ｃとの間には炭酸水供給路の一部を構成する間隙１５が設けられ、内コーン１０又は外コーン２０の少なくともいずれ１つは、ステンレス鋼によって形成される。【選択図】図１
