PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give stable non-adhesiveness against contact with content with contact and impact such as vibration of content for a long term, to a water repellent layer for obtaining non-adhesiveness to each kind of articles having a liquid property such as food and cosmetic, and enable application to a film product having heat sealability such as a pouch packaging and a lid material.SOLUTION: Stable non-adhesiveness is obtained by a water repellent layer added with fine particles having hydrophobicity, and particles having different particle diameters and shapes. Furthermore, the addition of a binder to the water repellent layer prevents non-adhesiveness from being lost, and suppresses dropout of the particles so as to improve strength of a film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】食品、化粧品など液性を有する各種物品に対する非付着性を得るための撥水層に対して、長期間の内容物の接触及び振動など衝撃を伴った内容物との接触に対して安定的な非付着性を付与するとともに、パウチ包装や蓋材などヒートシール性を有するフィルム製品への適用を可能とする。【解決手段】疎水性を有する微粒子と粒径や形状が異なる粒子を添加した撥水層により安定的な非付着性が得られる。また、撥水層にバインダを添加することによって、非付着性が消失することが無く粒子の脱落を抑制し膜の強度が向上する。【選択図】図１
