Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam shape data preparation device and a synchronous control device capable of easily adjusting an error between a motion of a follower shaft defined in can shape data and a command motion of an actual follower shaft.SOLUTION: A cam shape data preparation device has: cam shape data setting means for setting cam shape data in which a phase of a drive shaft is mapped to setting displacement which is displacement of a follower shaft; drive shaft rotational speed setting means for setting rotational speed of the drive shaft; allowable error setting means for setting an allowable error concerning the displacement of the follower shaft; follower shaft displacement prediction means for calculating predicted displacement which is displacement of the follower shaft when the drive shaft rotates at the rotational speed based on the cam shape data; and display means for comparably displaying the setting displacement and the predicted displacement, and changing forms of display depending on whether or not an error between the setting displacement and the predicted displacement is within the allowable error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】カム形状データに定義された従動軸の動作と、実際の従動軸への指令動作と、の誤差を容易に調整することができるカム形状データ作成装置及び同期制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】カム形状データ作成装置は、駆動軸の位相と、従動軸の変位である設定変位と、を対応付けたカム形状データを設定するカム形状データ設定手段と、前記駆動軸の回転速度を設定する駆動軸回転速度設定手段と、前記従動軸の変位にかかる許容誤差を設定する許容誤差設定手段と、前記カム形状データに基づいて、前記駆動軸が前記回転速度で回転する場合の前記従動軸の変位である予測変位を求める従動軸変位予測手段と、前記設定変位及び前記予測変位を比較可能に表示するとともに、前記設定変位と前記予測変位との誤差が前記許容誤差以内であるか否かによって前記表示の形態を変える表示手段と、を有する。【選択図】図3
