Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency power supply device outputting a DC current while converting into a high frequency current, and capable of suppressing the voltage generated in a switching element, and to provide a non-contact power transmission system including the high frequency power supply device.SOLUTION: A high frequency power supply device includes a DC power supply unit 11 generating a DC current, a high frequency conversion unit 12 including a switching element for switching the conduction state and non-conduction state according to a high frequency drive signal S2 inputted from a power supply control unit 15, and a circuit component having an impedance becoming zero at a frequency two times that of the high frequency drive signal S2, and converting the DC current into a high frequency current, and an impedance matching unit 14 placed at the output end of high frequency conversion means 12, and adjusting the impedance looking the load side from the output end, automatically to the impedance looking the DC power supply side from the output end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】直流電流を高周波電流に変換して出力する高周波電源装置であって、スイッチング素子に発生する電圧を抑制することができる高周波電源装置および当該高周波電源装置を備えた非接触電力伝送システムを提供することにある。【解決手段】直流電流を発生させる直流電源部11と、電源制御部15から入力される高周波駆動信号S2に従い導通状態と非導通状態とを切り替えるスイッチング素子、および、少なくとも、高周波駆動信号S2の周波数の2倍の周波数でインピーダンスがゼロになる回路部品を含んで構成され、直流電流を高周波電流に変換する高周波変換部12と、高周波変換手段12の出力端に配置され、前記出力端から負荷側を見たインピーダンスを、前記出力端から前記直流電源側を見たインピーダンスに自動調整するインピーダンス整合部14とを備える。【選択図】図1
