Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type thickness measurement method of an in-liquid steel structure which can measure a wall thickness of the in-liquid steel structure without the necessity for expert knowledge even if an amount of deposits adhering to the in-liquid steel structure is large.SOLUTION: A non-contact type thickness measurement method of an in-liquid steel structure includes: an arrangement process for separately arranging an ultrasonic wave transducer 20 to a steel plate 10 being a measuring object in a non-contact state; a radiation process for radiating an ultrasonic wave to the steel plate 10 from the ultrasonic wave transducer 20; a wave receiving process for receiving a reflection wave which is reflected from the steel plate 10 by the ultrasonic wave transducer 20; a correlation processing process for extracting deposits 40 adhering to the steel plate 10, and a surface reflection wave from a surface of the steel plate 10 and a multiple reflection wave by correlation-processing the reflection wave which is received in the wave receiving process; and a calculation process for calculating a thickness of the steel plate 10 by measuring a time interval of the multiple reflection wave. In the arrangement process, a distance between the surface of the steel plate 10 and the ultrasonic wave transducer 20 is set shorter than a focus distance of the ultrasonic wave transducer 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】液中鋼構造物に付着した付着物が多い場合であっても、専門的な知見を必要とせずに液中鋼構造物の肉厚測定を行うことができる液中鋼構造物の非接触型厚み測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】超音波送受波器20を被測定対象物である鋼板10に対して非接触の状態で離間配置させる配置工程と、超音波送受波器20から鋼板10に対して超音波を放射する放射工程と、鋼板10から反射される反射波を超音波送受波器20により受波する受波工程と、受波工程で受波した反射波を相関処理することによって、鋼板10に付着した付着物40および鋼板10の表面からの表面反射波及び多重反射波とを抽出する相関処理工程と、多重反射波の時間間隔を測定することによって、鋼板10の厚みを算出する算出工程とを含み、配置工程は、鋼板10の表面と超音波送受波器20との距離を超音波送受波器20の焦点距離よりも小さく設定する。【選択図】図7 |
