Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backside protection sheet for a solar battery module, which is superior in adhesion with an olefin-based sealant which constitutes a solar battery module, and which has a dark color appearance, and which can contribute to the enhancement in the designability and power generation efficiency of a solar battery module with the aid of an infrared light-permeable dark color ink layer provided on the surface of a base resin layer.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a backside protection sheet for a solar battery module comprises the steps of: applying a near infrared light permeable dark color ink to the surface of a base resin layer 63 to form an infrared light permeable dark color layer 62; and forming an easily-adherable layer 61 over the base resin layer 63 by applying a primer composition so as to cover the infrared light permeable dark color layer 62.
