Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or suppress intrusion of a thermal conductive material to the mating side between a gear housing and a housing cover.SOLUTION: In a motor with a speed reducer 10, a worm gear mechanism 22 and a circuit board 30 on which a power system element 82 is mounted are housed in a housing 30. A heat radiation block 40 formed in the gear housing 32 is adjacent to a block adjacent portion 74A as a part of the mating surface 74 between a gear housing 32 and a plate cover 70. The heat radiation block 40 is in contact with the lower surface 80A of a circuit board 80 via a thermally conductive synthetic resin material 88 having viscosity. The inside of the housing 30 is partitioned into a gear housing chamber 35 and a substrate housing chamber 37 by a cover body 91 provided to the inner cover 90. A frame portion 92 extending from the cover body 91 is interposed between the thermally conductive synthetic resin 88 and the block adjacent portion 74A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
