Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device, positioning system, current position acquisition method, and program that can obtain positional information on a group with improved accuracy when the group moves.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises: positioning means for obtaining a current position; communication means for communicating with an external apparatus; group relative movement amount calculation means for calculating the amount of group relative movement involved in a plurality of external apparatuses by tallying the amounts of relative movement obtained by the communication means from the plurality of external apparatuses; and current position update means for updating the current position on the basis of the amount of group relative movement and the current position obtained latest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
