Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of uniformizing a wind speed of an airflow flowing in a communication passage as a whole outdoor heat exchanger (communication passage) as much as possible, without making a structure of fins complicated.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: a housing; a plurality of fins 23, 29 for constituting a part of the housing; a communication passage formed between the adjacent fins and for communicating an inner space and an outer space of the housing; a heat transfer fluid circulation pipe which comes into contact with the fins and in which a heat transfer fluid flows; fans disposed in the housing and for generating an airflow flowing to the outer space side through the communication passage; and air flow resistance members 34 mounted on the fins in a manner of blocking one part of the communication passage, and for increasing draft resistance of the communication passage compared to the case in which this is not mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】フィンの構造を複雑にすることなく、連通路を流れる気流の風速を室外熱交換器(連通路)全体でできる限り均一にすることが可能な空気調和装置を提供する。【解決手段】筐体と、筐体の一部を構成する複数のフィン23、29と、隣接するフィン同士の間に形成された、筐体の内側空間と外側空間とを連通する連通路と、フィンと接触しかつ内部を伝熱流体が流れる伝熱流体流通管と、筐体内に配設した、連通路を通って外側空間側へ流れる気流を発生させるファンと、連通路の一部を塞ぐ態様でフィンに取り付けた、取り付けない場合と比べて連通路の通風抵抗を増大させる気流抵抗部材34と、を備える。【選択図】図4
