Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide vane device which inhibits formation of leaking flow passing through a vertical gap of a guide vane to prevent turbulence of outlet flow of the guide vane and improve the efficiency.SOLUTION: A guide vane device 10 according to an embodiment includes: a lower cover 12 and a guide vane 4 that can move up and down relative to an upper cover 11; and a lifting drive unit 30. The lifting drive unit 30 moves up the lower cover 12 and the guide vane 4 to place the guide vane 4 in contact with the upper cover 11 and place the lower cover 12 in contact with the guide vane 4. The lifting drive unit 30 moves down the lower cover 12 and the guide vane 4 to separate the guide vane 4 from the upper cover 11 and separate the lower cover 12 from the guide vane 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
