Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifogging coated film achieving both of hydrophilicity and scratch resistance, and an antifogging coated film forming article.SOLUTION: There is provided an antifogging coated film containing an urethane resin having an oxyethylene group, an oxypropylene group and an acyl group, where the antifogging coated film contains a fluorine-containing surfactant, surface thickness of the fluorine-containing surfactant in the antifogging coated film to the film thickness of the coated film is 0.001 to 2% and percentage of the number of fluorine atoms to the number of all atoms observed on a surface of the antifogging coated film by an elemental analysis of the antifogging coated film is 5 to 30%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、親水性と耐傷付き性の両立する防曇性被膜および防曇性被膜形成物品を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】オキシエチレン基、オキシプロピレン基及びアシル基を有するウレタン樹脂を含む防曇性被膜であって、該防曇性被膜は、含フッ素界面活性剤を含み、該防曇性被膜における該含フッ素系界面活性剤の表層厚さが被膜の膜厚に対して0.001〜2%であり、前記防曇性被膜の元素分析により前記防曇性被膜の表面に観測される全原子の個数に対するフッ素原子の個数の比率が5〜30%であることを特徴とする防曇性被膜。【選択図】なし
