PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter capable of easily and certainly forming a tab in a tape.SOLUTION: A tape cutter 1 is equipped with a body portion 5 which rotatably holds a tape portion 4 in a state wound with a tape 2; a fixing portion 6 raised from the body portion 5; an inclined surface 7 which is provided on the fixing portion 6, and abuts on an adhesive surface 2a of the tape 2 pulled out from the tape portion 4 to temporarily hold the tape 2; a tensioner (tensile force adjusting means) 8; an arm portion 10; rotation angle fixing means 12 which fixes a rotation angle of the arm portion 10; and a cutter portion 14 which is provided at a tip end of the arm portion 10, and cuts the tape 2 pulled out from the tape portion 4. By the rotation angle fixing means 12, a posture (the rotation angle) of the arm portion 10 is adjusted to enable a user to easily select (change) the length of a tab 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 簡易な構成で、容易且つ確実にテープにタブを形成できるテープカッターを提供すること。【解決手段】 テープカッター１は、テープ２が巻かれた状態のテープ部４を回転可能に保持する本体部５と、本体部５から立設された固定部６と、固定部６に設けられ、テープ部４から引き出されたテープ２の粘着面２ａと当接しテープ２を仮保持可能な傾斜面７と、テンショナー（張力調節手段）８と、アーム部１０と、アーム部１０の回動角度を固定する回動角度固定手段１２と、アーム部１０の先端に設けられ、テープ部４から引き出されたテープ２を切断するカッター部１４と、を備える。回動角度固定手段１２により、アーム部１０の姿勢（回動角度）を調節することで、タブ３の長さを容易に選択（変更）することができる。【選択図】 図１
