Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus body structure which can largely improve cooling/heating efficiency by effectively heat-insulating the interior and exterior of a bus.SOLUTION: In a bus body structure which is constituted by installing an outer plate 2 to the vehicle outside of a skeleton 1, and installing an inner plate 3 to the interior side, a vacuum heat-insulation material 7 in which a core material is vacuum-sealed by an air-tight film is pasted to a face at the vehicle outside of the inner plate 3 so as to cover at least a remaining region except for a fixed point which is fixed to the skeleton 1, the inner plate 3 is attached to the skeleton 1 by utilizing the fixed point, and the skeleton 1 is covered with the vacuum heat-insulation material 7 which is pasted to the vehicle outside of the inner plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車外と室内との効果的な断熱を図ることで冷暖房効率を大幅に改善し得るバスボデー構造を提供する。【解決手段】骨格1の車外側に外板2を取り付け且つ室内側に内板3を取り付けて構成されるバスボデー構造に関し、コア材を気密フィルムにより真空密封して成る真空断熱材7を、前記内板3の車外側の面に対し少なくとも前記骨格1への固定箇所を除いた残りの領域を網羅し得るように貼着し、前記骨格1に対し前記固定箇所を利用して前記内板3を取り付け且つ該内板3の車外側に貼着した真空断熱材7により前記骨格1を被覆せしめる。【選択図】図1
