Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a generator which is raised in a design freedom, secures an installation space of a generator, and is increased in a power generation capacity by the upsize of a field component.SOLUTION: An annular salient part 21 extending to an axial direction is formed at a side face 2c of a vehicle body attachment flange 2b of an outer member 2 at an inner side, a stator 23 which constitutes a generator 30 is attached into an annular space 22 which is formed between the salient part 21 and an external peripheral face 2d of the outer member 2, and a permanent magnetic 29 is attached to a flange-shaped rotor case 31 which extends to the outside of a radial direction from a shoulder part 17 of an outside joint member 12, and is integrally formed.
