PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a relay device which transmits a communication packet improving the accuracy of RTT (Round Trip Time).SOLUTION: A packet acquisition method enables a computer to execute the processing of: recording connection information which is included in a connection establishment packet into a second table; duplicating the packet of the connection information to transmit to an analysis device; receiving a packet from a plurality of relay devices; determining, when the received packet is a connection establishment packet, whether the connection information included in the packet is recorded in the first table; transmitting, when the connection information is already recorded, a connection information deletion notification to a relay device which is the transmission source of the connection establishment packet, whereas when not recorded, recording, into the first table, unrecorded connection information and the identification information of the relay device of the transmission source of the received packet; and receiving the connection information deletion notification from the analysis device, to delete the connection information indicated in the received notification from the second table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19 【課題】ＲＴＴの精度を向上させる通信パケットを送信する中継装置を特定する。【解決手段】コネクション確立パケットに含まれるコネクション情報を第２テーブルに記録し、コネクション情報のパケットを複製して分析装置へ送信し、複数の中継装置からパケットを受信し、受信パケットがコネクションを確立するパケットのときに該パケットに含まれるコネクション情報が第１テーブルに記録されているかを判定し、記録済の場合、コネクション確立パケットの送信元である中継装置にコネクション情報削除通知を送信し、未記録の場合、未記録のコネクション情報と受信したパケットの送信元の中継装置の識別情報とを第１テーブルに記録し、分析装置からコネクション情報削除通知を受信し、受信した通知にて指示されたコネクション情報を第２テーブルから削除する処理をコンピュータが実行するパケット取得方法が提供される。【選択図】図１９
