Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a noise shield cable, capable of improving orientation even with magnetic powder with a high aspect ratio, and a noise shield cable.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a noise shield cable is a method for manufacturing a noise shield cable including a conductor, an electrical insulator provided around the conductor, a noise shield layer provided around the electrical insulator, and a sheath provided around the noise shield layer, and has in a step of providing the noise shield layer, a step of winding around the electrical insulator, a sheet formed by pressing a resin 82 mixed with a magnetic powder 81 whose aspect ratio shown by maximum length/maximum thickness is larger than 10, and roll processing the product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】高アスペクト比の磁性粉であっても配向性を良くすることが可能なノイズシールドケーブルの製造方法及びノイズシールドケーブルを提供する。【解決手段】導体と、導体の周囲に設けられた絶縁体と、絶縁体の周囲に設けられたノイズシールド層と、ノイズシールド層の周囲に設けられたシースとを備えたノイズシールドケーブルの製造方法であって、ノイズシールド層を設ける工程は、最大長さ/最大厚さで表されるアスペクト比が10より大である磁性粉81が混合された樹脂82をプレス加工した後、ロール加工して形成されたシートを絶縁体の周囲に巻き付ける工程を有するノイズシールドケーブルの製造方法。【選択図】図2
