Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a plurality of chips do not accurately abut on a return-side belt surface to cause a large-amount non-scraping state when the chips abut linearly in a width direction of a return-side belt since the return-side belt has a trough trend and wears precedently at its center part to be in an upward arcuate shape and differs uniquely in shape from other belts, and a quadrangular rod-like rubber-made elastic body is unable to restore itself to its original shape when having bent large to avoid a hard projection body.SOLUTION: On a groove bottom of a frame where quadrangular rod-like rubber-made elastic bodies are arranged in a column so as to let chips abut in conformity with the shape of a return-side blet, a plurality of height adjusting bolts are fitted rotatably, and fixed-side terminal end faces of the quadrangular rod-like rubber-made elastic bodies are pushed up with the height adjusting bolts so as to adjust heights of the quadrangular rod-like rubber-made elastic bodies. Further, a spacer is provided between the quadrangular rod-like rubber-made elastic bodies, which are prevented from being rubbed against each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】戻り側ベルトは、トラフ癖や中央部が先行して摩耗していくため、上側に凸円弧の形状になるが、個々のベルト毎に形状が大きく異なっている。そのため、戻り側ベルトの幅方向に複数のチップを直線状に当接した場合は、チップが正確に戻り側ベルト表面に当接しないため大量の掻き取り残しが生じていた。又、四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体が強固な突起物を回避して大きく撓んだ際に元の形状に復帰できない問題があった。【解決手段】戻り側ベルトの形状に合わせて、チップを当接させるために、四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体を列設している架台の溝底に、複数の高さ調整ボルトを回転自在に取り付け、該高さ調整ボルトで前記四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体の固定側端末端面を押し上げて、前記四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体の高さを調整する。又、四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体の間にスペーサを設け、四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体が擦れ合わないようにした。【選択図】図1 |
