PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material suitable for packaging a glow plug.SOLUTION: A packaging material for a glow plug comprises: a first part having a first insertion part into which the glow plug is inserted; a second part having a second insertion part; a first outer lateral surface part which is extended from one side of the first part; a second outer lateral surface part which is extended from the other side opposite to said one side of the first part; a first inner lateral surface part which is extended from one side of the second part; and a second inner lateral surface part which is extended from the outer side of the second part. The first part, the first outer lateral surface part and the second outer lateral surface part are formed by folding a plate-like member, and the second part, the first inner lateral surface part and the second inner lateral surface part are formed by folding a plate-like member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】グロープラグの包装に適した包装資材を提供する。【解決手段】グロープラグ用の包装資材は、グロープラグが挿入される第１挿入部を有する第１部と、第２挿入部を有する第２部と、第１部の一辺から延伸する第１の外側側面部と、第１部の一辺に対向する他辺から延伸する第２の外側側面部と、第２部の一辺から延伸する第１の内側側面部と、第２部の他辺から延伸する第２の内側側面部とを備え、第１部と、第１の外側側面部と、第２の外側側面部とは、板状部材を折り曲げることにより形成され、第２部と、第１の内側側面部と、第２の内側側面部とは、板状部材を折り曲げることにより形成される。【選択図】図１
