Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine mounted with a supercharger capable of suppressing exhaust pressure in an exhaust passage to an upper limit value or less without impairing responsiveness or following capability of supercharging pressure.SOLUTION: A control device for an internal combustion engine mounted with a supercharger comprises: a target valve opening setting section (111) which sets target valve openings of exhaust flow regulation valves (321a, 321b and 322a) on the basis of an operation state of an internal combustion engine (2); a valve drive section (112) which drives the exhaust flow regulation valves (321a, 321b and 322a) so that actual valve openings thereof follow up the target valve openings; and a rotation speed determination section (120) which determines whether or not an increase rate of a rotation speed of the internal combustion engine (2) exceeds a threshold.
