Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device in which the wiring and circuitry are simplified, by generating a timing for use in the correction of a drive signal or measurement of current value in each power conversion unit, without receiving a carrier signal from a common control section.SOLUTION: Each of power conversion units 10 connected in parallel includes a carrier restoration unit 11a which does not receive a carrier signal from a common control unit 20A but restoring from a drive signal. The carrier restoration unit 11a includes a pulse width counter for counting the on-pulse width of the drive signal, and a carrier period counter for counting up a value, proportional to the pulse width count value at a time when the first time on-pulse of the drive signal is turned off, as an initial value. When the carrier period is known, the carrier restoration unit 11a restores the carrier signal, by using the timing when the carrier period count value reaches a value corresponding to the carrier period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】共通制御部からキャリア信号を受信せずに、各電力変換ユニットにおける駆動信号の補正や電流値の計測に用いるタイミングを生成し、配線や回路構成を簡略化した電源装置を提供する。【解決手段】並列接続された電力変換ユニット10が、キャリア信号を共通制御部20Aから受信せずに駆動信号から復元するキャリア復元部11aを備え、キャリア復元部11aは、駆動信号のオンパルス幅をカウントするパルス幅カウンタと、駆動信号の第1回目のオンパルスがオフする時刻のパルス幅カウント値に比例した値を初期値としてカウントアップするキャリア周期カウンタと、を備え、キャリア復元部11aは、キャリア周期が既知である時に、キャリア周期カウント値がキャリア周期相当値に達したタイミングを用いてキャリア信号を復元する。【選択図】図3
