Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an engagement device capable of removing adhered moisture.SOLUTION: A control device for an engagement device is stored in a case formed with an open hole communicating an inner part and an outer part, arranged at a power force transmitting passage between an output shaft of an engine and an input shaft of a transmission arranged at an output side of the engine, engages two rotating members rotated to each other to enable a torque transmission to be carried out between each of the rotating members. When it is determined that the engagement device shows a dew formation on the basis of at least any one of humidity, a surrounding air temperature, a temperature of engine cooling water and an operation continuation time ranging from an engine starting time to an engine stopping time, each of the rotating members is rotated to each other to cause moisture content adhered to the engagement device to be removed by centrifugal force [steps S1, S2].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
