Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developer in which even when an apparatus is opened for maintenance, the liquid developer remaining in the apparatus is less likely to be cured by visible light, and the liquid developer exhibits sufficient fixability by ultraviolet irradiation.SOLUTION: In an ultraviolet-curable liquid developer comprising toner particles, polymerization initiator, sensitizer, and polymerizable monomer, the sensitizer includes a compound represented by X-Y (X is a triphenylenyl group or the like, and Y is a triphenylenyl group or the like).SELECTED DRAWING: None
