PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a plurality of partial images, cut out from an omnidirectional image, entirely to uniform image quality.SOLUTION: An omnidirectional camera system has an omnidirectional camera acquiring an omnidirectional image by using a fisheye lens, and an image processing apparatus 2 for displaying a plurality of partial images, cut out from an omnidirectional image, while displaying side by side on one screen. The omnidirectional camera performs brightness control for the omnidirectional image.
