PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patrol training device useful for training of a plant patrol action.SOLUTION: A patrol training device 10 comprises: a display part 11 that displays a plant model 2a in which a plurality of instruments and members are three-dimensionally arranged; a virtual patrol information reception part 12 that receives virtual patrol information including a history of when a subject performed virtual patrol action with respect to a plurality of monitor object parts to be monitored among the instruments and the members on the plant model 2a displayed on the display part 11; and a patrol information evaluation part 13 that evaluates the patrol action performed by the subject on the basis of similarity between the virtual patrol information received by the virtual patrol information reception part 12 and reference patrol information to be used as a reference for a case when the plurality of monitor object parts are patrolled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】プラントの巡回行動の訓練のために有用な巡回訓練装置を提供する。【解決手段】巡回訓練装置１０が、複数の機器及び部材が三次元的に配置されたプラントモデル２ａを表示する表示部１１と、表示部１１に表示されたプラントモデル２ａ上で、複数の機器及び部材の中の監視対象とする複数の監視対象部を被験者が仮想的に巡回行動したときの履歴を含む仮想巡回情報を受け付ける仮想巡回情報受付部１２と、仮想巡回情報受付部１２が受け付けた仮想巡回情報と、複数の監視対象部を巡回するときに基準となる基準巡回情報との類似性に基づいて、被験者による巡回行動を評価する巡回情報評価部１３とを備える。【選択図】図１
