【課題】繊維化されていないポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む炭素電極材料を製造する。【解決手段】炭素電極材料を製造する方法であって、活性炭、繊維化されていないポリテトラフルオロエチレン、および水を実質的に含む媒体を混合して、繊維化のない炭素電極バッチ材料を形成し、このバッチ材料を二軸スクリュー押出機に通して、繊維化されたポリテトラフルオロエチレンの実質的な凝集のない押出材料を作成し、この押出材料をカレンダ加工して、カレンダ加工済み材料を作成する、各工程を有してなる。【選択図】図1 |
