Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction separation method for a wound core for separating junctions of core components in order to fit a winding wire to the wound core that is connected by a welding part in the state where both ends of a band-shaped outermost peripheral steel plate are overlapped, while winding the band-shaped outermost peripheral steel plate around an outermost periphery of a laminate having a structure where a plurality of core components in a band plate shape are laminated by wrap-bonding or but-bonding both ends while being wound so as to form one turn.SOLUTION: In portions that are overlapped with each other of an outermost peripheral steel plate 1b of a wound core 1, a portion 1bo that is disposed outside is cut at a position in front of a welded part W of the outermost peripheral steel plate, and junctions of core components are then separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】1ターンをなすように巻回されて両端がラップ接合または突き合わせ接合された帯板状の鉄心構成要素が複数積層された構造を有する積層体の最外周に帯状の最外周鋼板が巻回されて、最外周鋼板の両端が重ね合わされた状態で溶接部により接続されている巻鉄心に巻線を取り付けるために、各鉄心構成要素の接合部を分離する巻鉄心の接合部分離方法を提案する。【解決手段】巻鉄心1の最外周鋼板1bの互いに重ね合わされた部分のうち、外側に配置されている部分1boを該最外周鋼板の溶接部Wの手前の位置で切断した後に、各鉄心構成要素の接合部を分離する。【選択図】 図2
