Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration defect diagnostic device for elevator operation button which accurately grasps a restoration defect of an operation button without using a high precision sensor, and which can perform restoration defect diagnosis of the elevator operation button with good accuracy.SOLUTION: A restoration defect diagnostic device for elevator operation button includes: an ON time measurement unit for measuring time from the pressing to the separation of an operation button; a number count unit by the time for totalling the number of ON time measured in the ON time measurement unit by the time; a totalling unit by the period for totalling the count of the number by the time for a certain period.
