PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor casing capable of suppressing generation of a water pool, while securing a large number of fins.SOLUTION: A motor casing includes a first set of mounting seat 36-1 consisting of a plurality of mounting seats, and a second set of mounting seat consisting of a plurality of mounting seats, and provided separately from the first set of mounting seat 36-1 in the circumferential direction. The first set of mounting seat 36-1 and second set of mounting seat include, respectively, a load side mounting seat 36A and a counter-load side mounting seat 36B separated in the axial direction. The load side mounting seat 36A is connected with a plurality of load side terminal fins 40A extending farther to the load side than the load side mounting seat 36A, And the counter-load side mounting seat 36B is connected with a plurality of counter-load side terminal fins 40B extending farther to the counter-load side than the counter-load side mounting seat 36B.
