Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has high specific dielectric constant and AC breakdown voltage, low dielectric loss and good temperature characteristics and sinterability.SOLUTION: There is provided a dielectric ceramic composition which comprises first main composition particles represented by the composition formula: Ba,Ca,A1)(Ti,Zr,B1)O(x≠0,z≠0,x+y≠1,z+a≠1) and second main composition particles represented by the composition formula: (Ba,A2)(Ti,B2)O(α≠1,β≠1), wherein the first main composition particles have an average particle diameter of 3 to 10 μm, the second main composition particles have an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 3 μm and zinc oxide is segregated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
