Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastisol composition which has a low viscosity, is easy to handle and has excellent adhesiveness to a coated metal surface and to provide a chipping resistant coating composition comprising the composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a plastisol composition which comprises: a block polyisocyanate compound (e) of a reaction product of an active hydrogen compound (a) which is a compound having at least two or more hydroxyl groups and having a carboxyl group-containing vinyl monomer (α) as an essential unit, and a residue obtained by removing a hydrogen atom from a mercapto group of a mercapto compound (γ) having a hydroxyl group, a polymer polyol (b), an organic polyisocyanate (c) and a blocking agent (d); an adhesiveness imparting agent (J) containing a compound (f) having two or more active hydrogen atoms in the molecule; a thermoplastic resin (K); and a plasticizer (L).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明の目的は、低粘度で取扱いやすく、かつ金属塗装面に対する密着性に優れるプラスチゾル組成物および該組成物を含有する耐チッピング塗料を提供することにある。【解決手段】カルボキシル基含有ビニルモノマー(α)を必須構成単位としてなり、かつ水酸基を有するメルカプト化合物(γ)のメルカプト基から水素原子を除いた残基を有し、かつ少なくとも2個以上の水酸基を有する化合物である活性水素化合物(a)と高分子ポリオール(b)と有機ポリイソシアネート(c)とブロック化剤(d)との反応生成物であるブロックポリイソシアネート化合物(e)、および分子中に2個以上の活性水素を有する化合物(f)を含有する接着性付与剤(J)、熱可塑性樹脂(K)並びに可塑剤(L)を含有するプラスチゾル組成物。【選択図】なし
