Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine stably cooling completion, without being affected by contamination of a window or position deviation of a workpiece, and the like, with an inexpensive and simple structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for determining cooling completion of a workpiece which is transported to a vacuum cooling chamber after being vacuum heated. The method is configured to: install a thermo couple on a proper position in the cooling chamber for receiving radiant heat from the workpiece disposed in the vacuum cooling chamber; confirm in advance, relationship between temperature of the workpiece and workpiece measurement temperature by the thermo couple; and then, determine that the cooling to the respective workpieces is completed when measurement temperature of the workpieces measured by the thermo couple is lowered to a predetermined value, in a laminated state similar to a state in the confirmation time when the workpieces are sequentially transported in the vacuum cooling chamber and charged therein.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】安価かつ簡易で、しかも窓の汚れやワークの位置ずれ等に左右されずに安定した放冷終了の判定をすることができる。【解決手段】真空加熱された後に真空放冷室内に搬送されるワークの放冷終了を判定する方法であって、真空放冷室内に置かれたワークからの輻射熱を受ける当該放冷室内の適当位置に熱電対を設置し、前記ワークの温度と前記熱電対による前記ワークの測定温度との関係を予め確認して、その後真空放冷室内に順次搬送され装入される前記確認時と同様の荷積み状態での各ワークの熱電対による測定温度が所定値まで下がった時に当該各ワークの放冷終了と判定する。【選択図】 なし |
